Day 25. New ‘business’ cards, World Cup Final, Circular tour on 6 buses to #Chadderton, #Alkrington, #Middleton, #Rochdale, #Whitworth, #Rochdale, #Oldham, #Chadderton …. and this week’s 22 pieces of rubbish to #beautify Britain in memory of Manchester’s beautiful 22❣️ #1pieceofrubbish #pickitup #everyday #redruth #cornwall #uk

Day 24….

Day 24. Hollinwood to Failsworth to Manchester. 2 buses, 1 haircut, 1 IGA bus pass talk, 1 GROWE bbq, 1 piece of rubbish, 2 ‘new’ town Councillors, several new recruits,1 thirst quencher & 1 new lodger with 8 legs! #beautifybritain #1pieceofrubbish #pickitup #everyday #redruth #cornwall #failsworth #hollinwood #manchester

Day 23…..

Day 23. Bus Strike! 😱 Left only a shadow & £15 at Runnymede Court. 1 bus (luckily!) & 1 tram from Royton to Oldham to Chadderton, lifted litter in the park, visited a dear friend & took a very long walk to Lidl (no luck with buses this time!). #beautifybritain #1pieceofrubbish #pickitup #everyday #redruth #cornwall #uk #royton #oldham #chadderton

Day 22…….

Day 22. Heading South but not heading home! Left only a shadow & £20 (2nights)at King James Court. Goodbye to Berwick and on to Newcastle to Manchester to Oldham to Royton. 2 trains, 2 buses, 2 lots of litter & a sumptuous Sushi and Sauvignon! #beautifybritain #1pieceofrubbish #pickitup #everyday #redruth #cornwall #uk #berwickupontweed #royton

Day 21. A brilliant break in beautiful Berwick, meeting beautiful people on my walk round the walls, great interview with Gilly on BBC Newcastle, fish & chips fresh out of the fryer, games night with the King James Court residents & a congratulatory bouquet from Kirsty for completing my challenge! 🙏#beautifybritain #berwickupontweed

Day 20….and I’m Buzzin’

Day 20. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED in 20 days! Left only a shadow and £20 (2 nights) at super St Mary’s Court. Breakfast in Wetherspoons before 2 buses from South Shields to Newcastle to BERWICK-UPON-TWEED, my final destination. It’s been a blast and I’m buzzin’ 🐝.
