Rubbish Ruth's Rambles

Rubbish Ruth took the campaign to Oldham Council and raised a ‘rubbish’ question at this month’s meeting! The response was limited and lacked detail which was somewhat disappointing. ☹️

Despite the sign saying ’Do not feed the pigeons’ some dumbo dumped a whole bag of seed. Duh-brain!

Shameful, shoddy behaviour by someone blatantly not sharing their sunshine snacks with a nearby bin!

2020 & there’s nothing alien about the rubbish raiding our streets. How I wish it could all disappear into space or, at least, the nearest bin!

Squeezed in a sneaky, little, last-minute holiday on Gran Canaria just before Christmas. Blue skies, warm days & very little litter. Delighted to meet these lovely ladies, all happy to be part of the the litter-picking pack! #1pieceofrubbish #respect

25th December, 25th and final donation. “Pass the love on” – 25 heartfelt pieces of goodwill from 25 neighbours, friends and local traders at Hanover House, Oldham.
